Around june of 2009 Zynga hired a bunch of students who were pursuing their degree
in law to scare the hell out of chip sellers. Those lawyers kept sending threatning emails to all those
webmasters, who were selling chips to fellow players who were looking for cheaper options to enjoy the game.
Well Zynga was successful in closing the most of the then chip sellers. They also sued some who came from US.
Their failed campaign is still under progress. I say it failed cause, if there were 100 webmasters in jun '09 then in
dec '09 you find more than 1000 chips sellers.

Soon as they realized their failed action in stopping chips selling. They hired a bunch of SEO consultants and
web designers. The aim was to aquire all top positions in google, so that chips seller websites were not visible.
Well they wanted a IT consultant instead or a marketing consultant. IT consultant would have explained how far
down people search on google if they are keen to buy something. A marketing consultant would have explained
how to stop chip selling across the board intelligently.

It has been brought to my knowledge that many of players got their accounts banned.
When I asked more about their game play it was common that they were involved in one on one encounters.
This leads me to think that Zynga treats all one on one games as a an act of chip selling. Well this is the
height of stupidity. When Zynga has brains that can produce game of poker then they should apply little more
brains to study chips selling versus a fair game play. Caution to all those who like to play one on one games,
stay away for a while playing one on one, else your account can also get banned and you will end up in waiting
ages to hear a reply from the support of Zynga.
Whenever you are planning to transfer chips to a friend or are taking chips, make sure you have a dummy account sitting
on the same table who can fold each hand. So that the games are recorded as played between 3 people rather
than 2. Moreover make the transfer flow naturally, means let the person having good cards win.
If the account giving chips has better cards loose by little chips and if the account that wants
chips has better cards, win with a lot more chips. This way you will be in safe and account will not be banned.
Also make a habit of changing 2/3 tables rather than completing the transfer on one table itself.
